About Our Service

  • ✓ KetoClub is a keto-friendly and gluten-free food delivery service.
  • ✓ We have a certified diet and nutrition coach for your guidance.
  • ✓ We recommend you consult your health professional if you have any serious health issues.

Delivery Policy

  • ✓ We deliver meals for seven days a week and take no leaves.
  • ✓ If there are any dislikes about dishes, the second meal of the day will be repeated to adjust your preferences.
  • ✓ We deliver in the evening: your dinner for the same day, plus breakfast and lunch for the next day.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not refund cash in any case. If you want to quit the journey or have other issues, we offer the following options for your remaining amount:
  • ✓ You can freeze your daily meals for a maximum of 2 months.
  • ✓ You can transfer your remaining package to someone else.
  • ✓ You can buy items from our menu for your remaining amount.
  • ✓ Separate consultation charges may apply.

  • ✓ You can buy a ONE DAY meal if you want to check our taste and quality before signing up for a full plan.

  • ✓ We reserve the right to change the policy and menu items at any time.
  • ✓ Our menu offers a general overview of your meals. We may occasionally adjust items to ensure the freshest ingredients are used.
  • ✓ We are available for your guidance, questions and queries from 12 PM to 12 AM.

Holidays & Delivery Breaks

We are committed to delivering 365 days a year. However, on a very limited number of unavoidable occasions, deliveries are paused due to staff unavailability or city-wide disruptions.
  • ✓ Eid ul Fitr — approximately 5 days off due to staff unavailability across the city.
  • ✓ Eid ul Adha — approximately 5 days off due to staff unavailability across the city.
  • ✓ 9th & 10th Muharram — deliveries paused due to widespread road blockages and safety concerns.
  • ✓ Pre-holiday meals: You may request combined or advance meals before a holiday period begins, so you are not left without food.
  • ✓ Day adjustments: Any missed delivery days due to holidays will be fully adjusted and added back to your plan once deliveries resume.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY DELIVERY NOTE

We send Saturday’s dinner along with its breakfast and lunch with the last delivery of the week. We do not send Sunday’s breakfast and lunch. Enjoy a more satisfying Sunday dinner, with a slightly higher calorie intake than our regular meals.
